【摘要】：目的:比較分析單純麻醉與全麻復(fù)合腰-硬聯(lián)合麻醉在腹腔鏡子宮切除術(shù)中的應(yīng)用效果。方法:隨機(jī)選取2014年1月-2015年1月筆者所在醫(yī)院接診并行子宮切除術(shù)的患者36例,根據(jù)患者病情和意愿分為觀察組和對(duì)照組。觀察組在全麻復(fù)合腰-硬聯(lián)合麻醉狀態(tài)行腹腔鏡子宮切除術(shù),對(duì)照組在單純麻醉狀態(tài)下行腹腔鏡子宮切除術(shù)。根據(jù)臨床和術(shù)后隨訪資料,對(duì)兩種麻醉效果進(jìn)行回顧性總結(jié)分析。結(jié)果:經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)比較,兩組患者均取得較好的麻醉效果,但觀察組患者的總體療效明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:全麻復(fù)合腰-硬聯(lián)合麻醉在腹腔鏡子宮切除術(shù)中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值是確切可靠的,不僅能夠顯著減少手術(shù)時(shí)間,減少麻藥的使用量,保證術(shù)中麻醉效果,而且還能減少患者因麻醉而引起的并發(fā)癥及不良反應(yīng),具有單純?nèi)砺樽頍o(wú)法替代的優(yōu)勢(shì),受到了患者及家屬的普遍歡迎,值得在臨床中大力推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare and analyze the effect of simple anesthesia and general anesthesia combined with spinal-epidural anesthesia in laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods: from January 2014 to January 2015, 36 patients with hysterectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to their condition and wishes. Laparoscopic hysterectomy was performed in the observation group under general anesthesia and combined spinal-epidural anesthesia, while laparoscopic hysterectomy was performed in the control group under simple anesthesia. According to the clinical and postoperative follow-up data, the effects of the two anaesthesia were summarized and analyzed retrospectively. Results: after statistical comparison, both groups achieved better anesthetic effect, but the overall curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: the application value of general anesthesia combined with spinal-epidural anesthesia in laparoscopic hysterectomy is accurate and reliable, which can not only significantly reduce the operation time, reduce the use of anesthetics, but also ensure the effect of intraoperative anesthesia. Moreover, it can reduce the complications and adverse reactions caused by anesthesia, and has the advantage that simple general anesthesia can not be replaced. It has been widely welcomed by patients and their families, and is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
