【摘要】：目的:觀察七氟醚復(fù)合雷米芬太尼麻醉用于小兒腹股溝斜疝手術(shù)的臨床效果。方法:選擇行腹股溝斜疝手術(shù)患兒66例,將其隨機(jī)分成試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組各33例。對(duì)照組患兒七氟醚復(fù)合芬太尼間斷注射維持麻醉,試驗(yàn)組患兒給予七氟醚復(fù)合雷米芬太尼靜脈微量泵輸注麻醉,對(duì)兩組患兒用藥后的MAP、HR、RR、SPO2、術(shù)中肢體活動(dòng)情況、咳嗽屏氣、喉痙攣、支氣管痙攣發(fā)生情況、患兒蘇醒時(shí)間、術(shù)后躁動(dòng)情況以及其他不良反應(yīng)進(jìn)行觀察對(duì)比。結(jié)果:試驗(yàn)組患兒術(shù)中肢體活動(dòng)和術(shù)后躁動(dòng)發(fā)生情況顯著少于對(duì)照組患者,且蘇醒迅速,兩者比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組患兒的Sp O2、咳嗽屏氣、喉痙攣、支氣管痙攣發(fā)生情況、術(shù)后嘔吐等比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:七氟醚復(fù)合雷米芬太尼麻醉用于小兒腹股溝斜疝手術(shù),術(shù)中麻醉深度容易調(diào)控,麻醉平穩(wěn),術(shù)畢蘇醒更加迅速,術(shù)后并發(fā)癥少,麻醉效果較好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of sevoflurane combined with remifentanil anesthesia in children with indirect inguinal hernia. Methods: 66 children with indirect inguinal hernia were randomly divided into two groups: test group (n = 33) and control group (n = 33). The control group received intermittent injection of sevoflurane and fentanyl to maintain anesthesia, and the experimental group received sevoflurane combined with remifentanil intravenous micropump infusion anesthesia. The limb activity during MAP,HR,RR,SPO2, operation in the two groups was observed. Cough breath holding, laryngospasm, bronchospasm, recovery time, postoperative restlessness and other adverse reactions were observed and compared. Results: the incidence of limb activity and postoperative restlessness in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the recovery rate was rapid. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). There was no significant difference in Sp O2, cough, breath holding, laryngospasm, bronchospasm and postoperative vomiting between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: sevoflurane combined with remifentanil anesthesia can be used in children with indirect inguinal hernia operation, the anesthesia depth is easy to control, anesthesia is stable, wake-up is more rapid after operation, and postoperative complications are less, and the anesthetic effect is better.
