【摘要】：目的探討瑞芬太尼與芬太尼靜脈麻醉在老年患者手術(shù)麻醉中的應(yīng)用效果。方法手術(shù)治療的老年患者122例,隨機(jī)分為實驗組和對照組,各61例。實驗組患者采用芬太尼靜脈麻醉,對照組患者采用瑞芬太尼靜脈麻醉,比較兩組患者的麻醉效果以及麻醉后恢復(fù)情況。結(jié)果實驗組患者麻醉前后的心率、血壓對比無明顯變化,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。手術(shù)結(jié)束后,實驗組患者的自主呼吸恢復(fù)時間、蘇醒時間以及定向力恢復(fù)時間明顯短于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論瑞芬太尼與芬太尼靜脈麻醉在老年患者手術(shù)麻醉中效果類似,但瑞芬太尼麻醉對患者的生命體征的影響更小,麻醉效果顯著且安全性更高,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of remifentanil and fentanyl intravenous anesthesia in elderly patients. Methods 122 elderly patients were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 61) and control group (n = 61). Fentanyl intravenous anesthesia was used in the experimental group and remifentanil intravenous anesthesia was used in the control group. The anesthetic effects and recovery after anesthesia were compared between the two groups. Results there was no significant difference in heart rate and blood pressure before and after anesthesia in the experimental group (P0.05). After the operation, the recovery time of autonomic respiration, recovery time and orientation force in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the effect of remifentanil and fentanyl intravenous anesthesia is similar in elderly patients, but the effect of remifentanil anesthesia on the vital signs of the patients is less, the anesthetic effect is significant and the anesthesia safety is higher, so it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
