【摘要】：目的探討右美托咪定在老年麻醉中的應(yīng)用價值。方法需要手術(shù)治療的老年患者,共計100例,隨機、雙盲原則分為觀察組和對照組,每組50例。在全麻藥物種類使用相同的情況下,對觀察組加用右美托咪定進行麻醉維持,麻醉期間對兩組患者的相關(guān)觀察指標應(yīng)用SPSS19.0軟件,所獲數(shù)據(jù)采用方差分析和t檢驗。結(jié)果兩組患者麻醉藥物用量存在差異,在自主呼吸開始時間、拔管時間、蘇醒時間、血流動力學(xué)穩(wěn)定、術(shù)中鎮(zhèn)靜程度以及蘇醒之后的躁動等指標,觀察組顯著優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05),有顯著性差異。結(jié)論老年患者在麻醉中采用右美托咪定可減少全麻藥物的使用量,縮短患者的蘇醒時間,降低患者的手術(shù)風險,提高治療效果,在滿足手術(shù)適應(yīng)癥和禁忌癥的條件下值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the value of dexmedetomidine in the elderly. Methods A total of 100, randomized, double-blind principles were divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group, and 50 cases in each group. In the same condition of the general anesthesia, the observation group was given the right medetomidine for anesthesia, and the relevant observation indexes of the two groups were applied to the SPSS19.0 software during the anesthesia, and the data obtained were analyzed by the analysis of variance and t-test. Results There was a difference in the dosage of the anesthesia drugs in the two groups, and the observation group was superior to the control group (P0.05), and there was a significant difference between the two groups, such as the start time, the time of extubation, the time of recovery, the stability of the hemodynamics, the degree of sedation during the operation, and the restlessness after the recovery. Conclusion The use of dexmedetomidine in the elderly patients can reduce the dosage of the general anesthesia drugs, shorten the time of recovery of the patients, reduce the operation risk of the patients, improve the treatment effect, and be worthy of clinical application under the condition of meeting the indications and contraindications of the operation.
