【摘要】：目的:探討右美托咪定在宮頸癌根治術(shù)硬膜外麻醉中的鎮(zhèn)靜效果。方法:按照入院順序?qū)?6例擇期行硬膜外麻醉下宮頸癌根治術(shù)的患者隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,每組48例,對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)硬膜外麻醉,實(shí)驗(yàn)組在此基礎(chǔ)上給予右美托咪定鎮(zhèn)靜,觀察兩組患者不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)的Ramsay鎮(zhèn)靜評(píng)分、腦電雙頻指數(shù)(BIS)、心率、血壓及術(shù)后不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)組手術(shù)開始15min、手術(shù)開始30 min、術(shù)畢BIS、心率和血壓均明顯低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05;實(shí)驗(yàn)組術(shù)后注射痛、呼吸抑制以及低血壓發(fā)生率明顯低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05。結(jié)論:右美托咪定對(duì)硬膜外麻醉下宮頸癌根治術(shù)中的Ramsay鎮(zhèn)靜評(píng)分、BIS、心率、血壓的影響積極,有明顯的鎮(zhèn)靜效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the sedative effect of dexmedetomidine in the epidural anesthesia of the radical operation of cervical cancer. Methods:96 patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of admission. The Ramsay sedation score, the bispectral index (BIS), the heart rate, the blood pressure and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were observed at different time points in the two groups. Results: The operation of the experimental group was 15 minutes, the operation was started for 30 minutes, the BIS, the heart rate and the blood pressure were significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P0.05; the injection pain, respiratory depression and the incidence of hypotension in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: The effects of dexmedetomidine on the Ramsay sedation score, BIS, heart rate and blood pressure in the radical operation of cervical cancer under epidural anesthesia are positive and have a clear sedative effect.
