【摘要】：目的探討麻醉喉鏡下顯微鏡下低溫等離子射頻消融術(shù)治療巨大會厭囊腫的療效。方法 2013年1月~2016年1月年我科收治的30例巨大會厭囊腫患者,男18例,女12例,年齡26~57歲,均在全麻麻醉喉鏡下顯微鏡下暴露會厭,用低溫等離子喉刀頭行會厭囊腫射頻消融術(shù),觀察術(shù)后創(chuàng)面恢復(fù)情況及有無復(fù)發(fā)。結(jié)果術(shù)后創(chuàng)面干凈,術(shù)后1月假膜完全脫落,無大出血及假膜脫落引起內(nèi)源性氣管異物等并發(fā)癥,術(shù)后隨訪1年,無1例復(fù)發(fā)。結(jié)論全麻下麻醉喉鏡配合顯微鏡低溫等離子射頻消融治療巨大會厭囊腫臨床療效滿意,安全可靠,有獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation under laryngoscope for giant epiglottic cysts. Methods from January 2013 to January 2016, 30 patients with giant epiglottic cysts, including 18 males and 12 females, aged 2657, were exposed to epiglottis under general anesthesia and laryngoscope. Radiofrequency ablation of epiglottic cyst was performed with low temperature plasma laryngeal knife. Results the wound was clean, the pseudomembrane completely fell off at 1 month after operation, and there were no complications such as massive hemorrhage and foreign body of trachea caused by the fall of pseudomembrane. No recurrence occurred after 1 year of follow-up. Conclusion the treatment of giant epiglottic cyst with laryngoscope under general anesthesia combined with low temperature radiofrequency ablation under microscope is satisfactory, safe and reliable, and has unique advantages.
