【摘要】：目的本次主要研究腹膜后腫瘤手術(shù)的麻醉治療效果。方法選取于2013年10月至2014年10月在我院行腹膜后中立手術(shù)麻醉患者40例,作為本次研究對象,對比患者行麻醉手術(shù)前后的疼痛指數(shù)。結(jié)果患者麻醉手術(shù)后的疼痛指數(shù)明顯低于麻醉前,P0.05。結(jié)論對于腹膜后腫瘤手術(shù)的患者可以采用復(fù)合麻醉,效果好,用藥量少,能減少患者的痛苦,且手術(shù)后清醒時間快,因此此方法值得在臨床上大力推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the anesthetic effect of retroperitoneal tumor surgery. Methods Forty patients undergoing retroperitoneal neutral operation from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected as the subjects of this study. The pain index before and after anesthesia was compared. Results the pain index after anesthesia was significantly lower than that before anesthesia (P 0.05). Conclusion compound anesthesia can be used in patients with retroperitoneal neoplasms. It has good effect, low dosage of drugs, can reduce the pain of patients, and has a quick waking time after operation. Therefore, this method is worth popularizing in clinic.
