【摘要】：目的:探討不同劑量利多卡因腰俞穴麻醉在肛腸疾病手術(shù)中的麻醉效果及術(shù)后尿潴留情況。方法:選擇2015年10月~2016年12月期間成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院肛腸科收治的肛腸手術(shù)患者60例,并隨機分為觀察組和對照組,各30例,觀察組腰俞穴注入1.0%的利多卡因15 m L、生理鹽水5 m L;對照組腰俞穴注入1.0%的利多卡因10 m L、生理鹽水10 m L。記錄并比較兩組患者術(shù)中及術(shù)后相關(guān)的評價指標:麻醉滿意度、術(shù)中患者疼痛度及術(shù)后尿潴留度。結(jié)果:觀察組的麻醉滿意度及術(shù)后尿潴留發(fā)生率均低于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P㩳0.05)。兩組患者術(shù)中疼痛度差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1.0%利多卡因15 m L加生理鹽水5 m L腰俞穴麻醉在肛腸疾病手術(shù)中具有麻醉效果滿意,安全度高的優(yōu)勢,值得臨床廣泛推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the anesthetic effect of different doses of lidocaine on anus and intestinal diseases and urinary retention after operation. Methods: from October 2015 to December 2016, 60 patients with anorectal surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 30) and the control group (n = 30). In the observation group, 1.0% lidocaine was injected into Yaoshu (15 mL) and saline (5 mL). In the control group, 1.0% lidocaine and 10 mL saline were injected into Yaoshu (control group). The related indexes of intraoperative and postoperative evaluation were recorded and compared: anesthetic satisfaction, intraoperative pain and postoperative urinary retention. Results: the anesthetic satisfaction and the incidence of postoperative urinary retention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in intraoperative pain between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: 1. 0% lidocaine 15 mL plus normal saline 5 mL Yaoshu point anesthesia has satisfactory anaesthesia effect and high safety degree in anorectal disease surgery. It is worth popularizing widely in clinic.
