【摘要】：正經(jīng)胃給藥是動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)常規(guī)的給藥途徑之一。由于動(dòng)物不能有效配合,給這一操作帶來(lái)困難,有時(shí)甚至成為難題。我們?cè)谀骋粍?dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程中采用超滑導(dǎo)絲引導(dǎo)下給實(shí)驗(yàn)家兔下胃管獲得了很好的經(jīng)驗(yàn),報(bào)道如下。1方法和步驟用20%烏拉坦溶液(3~4)m L/kg于耳緣靜脈緩慢注射,待實(shí)驗(yàn)家兔麻醉后,用繃帶將實(shí)驗(yàn)家兔四肢分別固定于實(shí)驗(yàn)架的木樁上,仰臥位固定。經(jīng)口腔送入0.035超滑導(dǎo)絲。麻醉狀態(tài)下的實(shí)
[Abstract]:Regular oral administration is one of the routine ways of animal experiment. Because animals can not cooperate effectively, this operation is difficult, sometimes even difficult.
