【摘要】：目的觀察酮咯酸氨丁三醇超前應(yīng)用對小兒斷指再植術(shù)后鎮(zhèn)痛效果的影響。方法選擇行斷指再植的患兒30例,隨機(jī)分為兩組各15例。觀察組麻醉誘導(dǎo)前給予酮咯酸氨丁三醇0.5 mg/kg,對照組麻醉誘導(dǎo)前不給予任何鎮(zhèn)痛藥物。術(shù)中采用氣管插管靜吸復(fù)合全身麻醉。觀察術(shù)后30 min、1、2、4、6 h的疼痛評分和術(shù)后5、10、20、30 min及1 h的鎮(zhèn)靜評分,并記錄不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果觀察組術(shù)后6 h內(nèi)各時點疼痛評分均低于對照組(P均0.01);兩組術(shù)后1 h內(nèi)各時點鎮(zhèn)靜評分比較均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P均0.05)。結(jié)論小兒斷指再植術(shù)超前鎮(zhèn)痛模式應(yīng)用酮咯酸氨丁三醇可以獲得安全、有效的鎮(zhèn)痛效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of analgesics after replantation of severed fingers. Methods Thirty children with amputated finger replantation were randomly divided into two groups (15 cases in each group). The control group was not given any analgesic drugs before anesthesia induction. Endotracheal intubation combined with general anesthesia was used. Pain scores at 30 min,1,2,4,6 after operation and sedation scores at 30 min and 1 h after operation were observed and adverse reactions were recorded. Results the pain score at each time point in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P0.01), and there was no significant difference in sedation score between the two groups within 1 hour after operation (P 0.05). Conclusion it is safe and effective to use ketocloric acid aminobutanol in analgesics mode of replantation of severed fingers in children.
