羅庫溴銨與苯磺順阿曲庫銨麻醉對腹部手術(shù)患者肌松效果及血流動力學(xué)的影響

【摘要】:目的觀察羅庫溴銨與苯磺順阿曲庫銨麻醉對腹部手術(shù)患者肌松效果及血流動力學(xué)的影響。方法選取本院2014年3月~2016年1月行腹部手術(shù)患者70例,隨機分為兩組,對照組及觀察組各35例。觀察組給予苯磺順阿曲庫銨,對照組給予羅庫溴銨。觀察兩組藥物對患者肌松效果及血流動力學(xué)的影響。結(jié)果觀察組肌松效果優(yōu)于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組血流動力學(xué)比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論苯磺順阿曲庫銨較羅庫溴銨適用于腹部手術(shù)麻醉,有助于提高肌松效果,改善血流動力學(xué)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of rocuronium and benzenesulfonate cisatracurium anesthesia on muscle relaxation and hemodynamics in patients undergoing abdominal surgery. Methods 70 patients undergoing abdominal surgery from March 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 35) and observation group (n = 35). The observation group was given benzenesulfonate cis-atracurium and the control group was given rocuronium. The effects of two drugs on muscle relaxation and hemodynamics were observed. Results the effect of muscle relaxation in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), and there was no significant difference in hemodynamics between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion benzenesulfonate cis-atracurium is more suitable for abdominal anesthesia than rocuronium, which can improve muscle relaxation and hemodynamics.
