【摘要】：目的比較右美托咪定與咪達唑侖局麻下乳房腫塊切除手術(shù)中麻醉性監(jiān)護效果。方法選擇50例局麻下?lián)衿谌榉磕[塊切除術(shù)的患者按隨機數(shù)字表法分為咪達唑侖組(M組)和右美托咪啶組(D組)。分析各時間點兩組MAP、HR、SpO_2、OAA/S評分。結(jié)果 T_1、T_2,T_3時間點兩組MAP明顯低于T0(P0.05)。D組用藥后T_1、T_2,T_3的HR明顯慢于T0(P0.05),且慢于M組相同時間點(P0.05)。兩組OAA/S評分均較前降低(P0.05),D組用藥后T_1、T_2時間點OAA/S評分均高于M組(P0.05)。結(jié)論相比咪達唑侖,右美托咪定心率降低更為顯著,但鎮(zhèn)靜效果更好。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the anesthetic monitoring effect between dexmetomidine and midazolam in mastectomy of breast masses under local anesthesia. Methods Fifty patients undergoing selective mastectomy under local anesthesia were randomly divided into midazolam group (group M) and dexmetomidine group (group D). The MAP,HR,SpO_2,OAA/S scores of two groups at each time point were analyzed. Results the MAP of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the T0 group at the time point of T _ 1 / T _ 2C _ 3 (P 0.05). The HR of T _ 1 / T _ 2T _ (3) was slower than that of T _ 0 (P0.05), and the HR of T _ (1) / T _ (2) T _ (3) was slower than that of M group at the same time (P0.05). The OAA/S scores of the two groups were lower than those of the former (P0.05). The OAA/S scores of the two groups were higher than those of the M group (P0.05). Conclusion compared with midazolam, the heart rate of dexmetomidine decreased more significantly, but the sedative effect was better than that of midazolam.
