【摘要】：目的:總結(jié)患者在行全身麻醉喉罩通氣下行無痛纖維支氣管鏡檢查的護理方法。方法:對55例行全身麻醉喉罩通氣下纖維支氣管鏡檢查患者給予精心的護理,包括檢查前必備器械藥品的準(zhǔn)備,細(xì)微的心理疏導(dǎo),檢查中嫻熟的護理配合,密切的病情觀察,檢查后體位管理的優(yōu)化,并發(fā)癥的仔細(xì)觀察以及詳細(xì)的健康指導(dǎo)。結(jié)果:全麻下54例患者順利完成無痛纖維支氣管鏡檢查,檢查時間為(15.33±2.83)min;操作中,1例患者出現(xiàn)支氣管痙攣,經(jīng)處理后完成檢查。檢查結(jié)束后45例患者出現(xiàn)咽痛不適,32例患者痰中少量帶血,未特殊處理自行好轉(zhuǎn)。結(jié)論:加強對全麻下無痛纖維支氣管鏡檢查的護理可以提高檢查的成功率,減輕患者痛苦。
[Abstract]:Objective: to summarize the nursing methods of painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy under general anesthesia and laryngeal mask ventilation. Methods: 55 patients undergoing general anesthesia and laryngeal mask ventilation with fiberoptic bronchoscopy were given careful nursing care, including preparation of necessary instruments and drugs before examination, subtle psychological guidance, skillful nursing cooperation during examination, and close observation of the condition. Optimization of postmortem management, careful observation of complications, and detailed health guidance. Results: the painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy was successfully completed in 54 patients under general anesthesia. During the operation of (15.33 鹵2.83) min;, one patient developed bronchospasm and completed the examination after treatment. After the examination, 45 patients had pharynx discomfort, 32 patients had little blood in sputum, without special treatment. Conclusion: strengthening the nursing of painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy under general anesthesia can improve the success rate of examination and alleviate the pain of patients.
