【摘要】：目的分析全身麻醉和椎管麻醉用于關(guān)節(jié)置換手術(shù)的臨床效果。方法回顧性分析在本院接受關(guān)節(jié)置換手術(shù)112例患者臨床資料,按照數(shù)字表法分成兩組,對(duì)照組采取全身麻醉,研究組采取椎管麻醉,比較兩組麻醉效果和并發(fā)癥情況。結(jié)果研究組患者術(shù)中出血量和完全蘇醒時(shí)間均少于對(duì)照組;研究組患者術(shù)后并發(fā)癥總發(fā)生率12.50%明顯少于對(duì)照組30.36%,比較差異均具統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論椎管麻醉用于關(guān)節(jié)置換手術(shù)較全身麻醉臨床效果更佳,安全性更高,術(shù)中出血量更少,并發(fā)癥更少,值得在臨床中應(yīng)用推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical effect of general anesthesia and spinal anaesthesia in arthroplasty. Methods the clinical data of 112 patients undergoing arthroplasty in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. According to the digital table method, 112 patients were divided into two groups: the control group received general anesthesia and the study group received spinal canal anesthesia. The results of anesthesia and complications were compared between the two groups. Results the amount of intraoperative bleeding and the time of complete recovery in the study group were less than those in the control group, and the total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 12.50%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (30.36%) (P0.05). Conclusion compared with general anesthesia, spinal canal anesthesia has better clinical effect, higher safety, less intraoperative bleeding and fewer complications, so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
