【摘要】：目的觀察人參四逆顆粒對比格犬心力衰竭的保護作用。方法普通級比格犬36只,麻醉開胸術(shù)后給予3%戊巴比妥鈉溶液制備心力衰竭模型;十二指腸給予人參四逆顆粒,觀察心臟重量指數(shù),采血進行相關(guān)酶檢測及各臟器病理學(xué)變化。結(jié)果人參四逆顆粒對心力衰竭犬可明顯改善心臟重量指數(shù),減低血管緊張素(Ang)-Ⅱ、腦鈉素、心鈉素、腫瘤壞死因子(TNF)-α、去甲腎上腺素、內(nèi)皮素、白細胞介素1含量,可明顯改善各臟器的病理學(xué)損傷。結(jié)論人參四逆顆粒能改善心力衰竭犬心臟重量指數(shù),減輕神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌細胞因子的損害,對犬心力衰竭有保護作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the protective effect of Ginseng Sini granule on heart failure in Beagle dogs. Methods 36 normal grade Beagle dogs were given 3% pentobarbital sodium solution after thoracotomy to establish heart failure model. Ginseng Sini granules were given to the duodenum to observe the cardiac weight index, to detect the related enzymes and to observe the pathological changes of various organs.
