【摘要】：目的:觀察羅哌卡因聯(lián)合硬腰麻醉法對自然分娩產婦鎮(zhèn)痛效應,并對其安全性進行分析。方法:選取在我院行自然分娩125例產婦隨機均分為兩組,對照組63例進行無鎮(zhèn)痛藥物自然分娩,研究組62例給予羅哌卡因聯(lián)合硬腰麻醉法進行自然分娩,對比分析兩組分娩產婦的VAS評分,觀察兩組產婦不同產程時間及不良反應發(fā)生率。結果:兩組產婦潛伏期VAS評分無顯著差異(P0.05),研究組產婦在活躍期、第二產程及第三產程時VAS評分均顯著低于對照組(P0.05)。兩組產婦第一產程時間及第三產程時間無顯著差異(P0.05),研究組第二產程時間顯著短于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。研究組與對照組不良反應發(fā)生率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(X~2=0.083,P0.05)。結論:羅哌卡因聯(lián)合硬腰麻醉法對自然分娩產婦鎮(zhèn)痛效應良好,安全性較高,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the analgesic effect of ropivacaine combined with epidural anesthesia on parturient and analyze its safety. Methods: 125 cases of parturient in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (63 cases) received spontaneous delivery without analgesic drugs, the study group (62 cases) received ropivacaine combined with epidural anesthesia for natural delivery. The VAS scores of parturient in two groups were compared and the time of delivery and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results: there was no significant difference in the latency VAS score between the two groups (P0.05). The VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group at the active stage, the second stage of labor and the third stage of labor (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the time of the first and third stages of labor between the two groups (P0.05), while the time of the second stage of labor in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: ropivacaine combined with epidural anesthesia has a good analgesic effect on parturient with natural delivery and is safe and worth popularizing.
