氧化亞氮對(duì)HIFU治療患者FHb及ICAM-1的影響

【摘要】:本次實(shí)驗(yàn)旨在研究麻醉氣體N2O用于高強(qiáng)度聚集超聲治療中對(duì)游離血紅蛋白(FHb)及細(xì)胞間粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)含量的影響,進(jìn)而探討其增加組織損傷的作用機(jī)制。方法:1、隨機(jī)抽取50例全身麻醉狀態(tài)下,,采用高強(qiáng)度聚焦超聲治療的原發(fā)性肝癌患者,將其平均分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組(N2O組)與對(duì)照組(空白組)。2、分別于麻醉前、術(shù)中2小時(shí)抽取橈動(dòng)脈血,用類過氧化物酶反應(yīng)法檢測血清中FHb的含量,用細(xì)胞酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)(ELISA)檢測血清中表達(dá)的ICAM-1。3、同一時(shí)間段,用HIFU治療儀超聲顯像系統(tǒng)觀察、比較兩組患者腹壁厚度變化情況。結(jié)果:與對(duì)照組相比,實(shí)驗(yàn)組腹壁明顯增厚,F(xiàn)Hb及ICAM-1含量均明顯增高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:N2O用于高強(qiáng)度聚焦超聲治療中,機(jī)體內(nèi)FHb及ICAM-1含量增高,腹壁厚度增加,導(dǎo)致機(jī)體內(nèi)組織損傷加重。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of anesthetic gas N2O on the content of free hemoglobin (FHb) and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in the treatment of high intensity aggregation ultrasound, and to explore its mechanism of increasing tissue damage. Methods: 1. Fifty patients with primary liver cancer under general anesthesia were randomly divided into experimental group (N2O group) and control group (control group). Radial artery blood was drawn at 2 hours during the operation. The content of FHb in serum was detected by peroxidase reaction method, and the expression of ICAM-1.3, in serum was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) at the same time. The changes of abdominal wall thickness in two groups were observed by HIFU ultrasound imaging system. Results: compared with the control group, the abdominal wall of the experimental group was significantly thickened, and the contents of FHb and ICAM-1 were significantly increased. Conclusion: the contents of FHb and ICAM-1 in the body and the thickness of abdominal wall increased with N2O in the treatment of high intensity focused ultrasound.
