【摘要】：目的:分析丙泊酚聯(lián)合瑞芬太尼在無痛人工流產(chǎn)術(shù)中的麻醉效果。方法:選取72名擇期行無痛人工流產(chǎn)術(shù)患者,隨機分為研究組和對照組。研究組以丙泊酚聯(lián)合瑞芬太尼麻醉,對照組以芬太尼代替瑞芬太尼,其他同研究組。于麻醉前5min(T1)、麻醉后2min(T2)、擴宮時(T3)、手術(shù)完成后1min(T4)四個時間點檢測記錄患者平均動脈壓(MAP)、血氧飽和度(SpO2)、心率(HR)。此外,比較患者蘇醒時間、VAS評分、體動情況及丙泊酚用量。結(jié)果:所有患者術(shù)中各指標(biāo)均先降低后升高,P0.05,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。T2時,兩組患者指標(biāo)較其他時間點均有顯著差異,研究組SpO2、HR明顯高于對照組,P0.05。研究組蘇醒時間明顯短于對照組,VAS評分顯著短低于對照組,體動者比例低于對照組,P0.05;丙泊酚用量組間比較無顯著差異。結(jié)論采用瑞芬太尼聯(lián)合丙泊酚用于無痛人工流產(chǎn)術(shù)的麻醉和鎮(zhèn)痛療效確切,安全可靠,值得在臨床上推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the anesthetic effect of propofol combined with remifentanil in painless induced abortion. Methods: 72 patients undergoing painless induced abortion were randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group was anesthetized with propofol and remifentanil, while the control group was treated with fentanyl instead of remifentanil. 5min (T1), 2min (T2), dilatation (T3) before anesthesia and 1min (T4) after operation were used to measure the mean arterial pressure (SpO2) and heart rate (HR). In addition, the recovery time, VAS score, body movement and propofol dosage were compared. Results: the indexes of all patients were decreased first and then increased (P 0.05). At T2, there was significant difference between the two groups. The SpO2,HR in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The recovery time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the VAS score was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the proportion of body movement was lower than that of the control group (P0.05.There was no significant difference in the dosage of propofol between the groups. Conclusion remifentanil combined with propofol for anaesthesia and analgesia in painless induced abortion is effective, safe and reliable. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
