【摘要】：目的探討目寧康醫(yī)用眼部保護敷貼在眼底手術(shù)中對健眼的保護。方法將100例在球后神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉下進行眼底手術(shù)的患者隨機分為觀察組和對照組,每組50例。觀察組術(shù)中全部使用醫(yī)用眼部保護敷貼,對照組囑患者術(shù)中自然閉眼不采取任何保護措施。比較兩組患者術(shù)中感受、配合程度及術(shù)后健眼是否出現(xiàn)結(jié)膜充血、疼痛、異物感、畏光流淚,視物模糊等不適癥狀。結(jié)果兩組患者術(shù)中配合程度、術(shù)中感受及術(shù)后健眼眼部情況比較具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論目寧康醫(yī)用眼部保護敷貼具有很好的保濕作用和密封性,在眼底手術(shù)中使用,使患者的健眼處于理想的濕潤環(huán)境中,不僅防止術(shù)后出現(xiàn)健眼的不適癥狀,而且對于患者健眼的舒適度也大大提高更好的配合醫(yī)生手術(shù),保證手術(shù)的進行。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the protective effect of Munning Kang medical eye protection application in fundus surgery. Methods 100 patients undergoing fundus surgery under retrobulbar nerve block were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. All patients in the observation group were treated with medical eye protection and the patients in the control group were told not to take any protective measures. The patients in the two groups were compared in feeling during operation, degree of coordination and whether there were conjunctival hyperemia, pain, foreign body sensation, photophobia, blurred vision and other uncomfortable symptoms. Results there were significant differences between the two groups in the degree of intraoperative cooperation, the feeling during operation and the eye condition after operation (P0.05). Conclusion MUNINGKANG medical eye protective application has good moisturizing and sealing effect. It is used in fundus surgery so that the healthy eye of the patients is in an ideal moist environment, which can not only prevent the occurrence of unfavorable symptoms of the healthy eye after operation. And for patients with healthy eye comfort also greatly improved to better cooperate with the doctor surgery, to ensure the operation.
