【摘要】：目的:比較羅哌卡因與布比卡因用于腹部手術(shù)腰-硬聯(lián)合麻醉的效果。方法:選擇下腹部手術(shù)患者80例,將其隨機(jī)分成試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組各40例。對(duì)照組患者給予布比卡因麻醉處理,試驗(yàn)組患者給予羅哌卡因麻醉處理。對(duì)兩組患者的麻醉效果和不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果:在麻醉效果方面,兩組患者比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);試驗(yàn)組患者的不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率顯著低于對(duì)照組患者,兩者比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);試驗(yàn)組患者痛覺(jué)阻滯時(shí)間顯著長(zhǎng)于對(duì)照組患者,兩者比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);在痛覺(jué)恢復(fù)時(shí)間方面,兩組患者比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);在運(yùn)動(dòng)阻滯起始時(shí)間和恢復(fù)時(shí)間方面,兩者比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:在腹部手術(shù)腰-硬聯(lián)合麻醉手術(shù)中,應(yīng)用羅哌卡因麻醉處理安全可靠,麻醉效果較好,而且不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率較低,應(yīng)該進(jìn)行臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the effect of ropivacaine and bupivacaine in combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for abdominal surgery. Methods: 80 patients undergoing lower abdominal surgery were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (n = 40) and the control group (n = 40). The patients in the control group were given bupivacaine anesthesia, and the patients in the experimental group were given ropivacaine anesthesia. The anaesthesia effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: there was no significant difference in anesthetic effect between the two groups (P0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions in the trial group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the pain block time in the trial group was significantly longer than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the pain recovery time was significantly longer in the trial group than in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05); in the starting time and recovery time of motor block, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: ropivacaine is safe and effective in combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for abdominal surgery.
