【摘要】：目的通過分析我院發(fā)生術(shù)中知曉的成人心血管手術(shù)患者的臨床資料,總結(jié)其發(fā)生術(shù)中知曉可能的原因和時間點(diǎn),以便指導(dǎo)今舌的麻醉管理。方法選擇阜外醫(yī)院2012年6月到9月2135例成人心血管手術(shù)患者,通過Brice量表訪視確診出46例患者為術(shù)中知曉。羊細(xì)分析這46例術(shù)中知曉患者的知曉內(nèi)容和麻醉單,對心血管手術(shù)術(shù)中知曉的原因和時間點(diǎn)進(jìn)行歸納分析。結(jié)果心血管手術(shù)麻醉患者術(shù)中存在多個術(shù)中知曉高危階段,如:勁內(nèi)靜脈穿刺、切皮鋸胸骨、體外循環(huán)中(放置TEE,除顫復(fù)跳等)、關(guān)胸時間過長等。結(jié)論心血管手術(shù)麻醉的術(shù)中知曉率明顯高于一般手術(shù),在體外循環(huán)前、體外循環(huán)中及體外循環(huán)后等都存在多個術(shù)中知曉的高危階段。關(guān)鍵詞】術(shù)中知曉;心血管手術(shù)
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical data of adult patients with cardiovascular surgery known during operation in our hospital, and to summarize the possible causes and time points of intraoperative knowledge in order to guide the anaesthesia management of the tongue. Methods 2135 adult patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery were selected from June to September 2012 in Fuwei Hospital. 46 patients were diagnosed as knowing by Brice scale. The knowledge content and anaesthesia sheet of 46 patients were analyzed carefully, and the causes and time points of knowing during cardiovascular surgery were summarized and analyzed. Results there were many high risk stages in patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery, such as internal venipuncture, cut sternum, cardiopulmonary bypass (placement of TEE, defibrillation and resuscitation), long time of chest closure and so on. Conclusion the awareness rate of anesthesia in cardiovascular surgery is significantly higher than that in general surgery.
