【摘要】：目的探討鹽酸納美芬對(duì)顱腦全身麻醉手術(shù)患者的催醒作用。方法選擇80例顱腦全身麻醉手術(shù)患者,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,分別給予生理鹽水和鹽酸納美芬催醒,每組各40例,比較治療后兩組平均動(dòng)脈壓(MAP)、心率(HR),以及改良Glasgow昏迷量表(MGCS)評(píng)分、催醒率、不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果與對(duì)照組比較,觀察組治療后MGCS評(píng)分及治療后5、10、20min HR均明顯升高(P0.05);與對(duì)照組比較,觀察組治療后10、30min催醒率明顯增高,拔管時(shí)間明顯縮短,P0.05;兩組復(fù)蘇過(guò)程都沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論針對(duì)顱腦全身麻醉手術(shù)患者,鹽酸納美芬對(duì)呼吸及循環(huán)系統(tǒng)影響小,促使患者平穩(wěn)度過(guò)蘇醒期,具有安全有效的催醒作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of namefen hydrochloride on the wake-up of patients undergoing craniocerebral general anesthesia. Methods 80 patients undergoing craniocerebral general anesthesia were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The mean arterial pressure (MAP),) heart rate (HR), the (MGCS) score of the modified Glasgow coma scale, the arousal rate and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results compared with the control group, the MGCS score and HR in the observation group were significantly increased after treatment (P0.05), and the wake-up rate was significantly increased in the observation group at 1030 minutes after treatment (P0.05), and in the observation group (1030min after treatment), the recovery rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). The extubation time was shortened significantly (P 0.05), and no serious adverse reactions occurred during resuscitation in both groups. Conclusion for patients undergoing craniocerebral general anesthesia, nalmefen hydrochloride has little effect on respiratory and circulatory system, and promotes the patients to pass the recovery period smoothly, which has a safe and effective effect on wake up.
