【摘要】：豬全身麻醉主要用于豬疝(腹股溝陰囊疝、臍疝、外傷性腹壁疝、會陰疝)和無痛去勢,有時也用于母豬的剖腹產(chǎn)。本研究采用豬安神穴電針麻醉,藥物硫噴妥鈉、丙泊酚、速眠新Ⅱ、保定寧進行臨床麻醉試驗。試驗結(jié)果表明,硫噴妥鈉的麻醉效果最佳,電針麻醉效果良好,丙泊酚注射液效果一般,而速眠新Ⅱ和保定寧的效果不太理想。
