【摘要】：麻醉科特殊藥品,指的是在國家麻醉藥品品種目錄、精神藥品品種目錄中的麻醉藥品、第1類精神藥品。根據(jù)國家法律規(guī)定,必須對特殊藥品依法進行嚴格管理。在手術(shù)用藥中,特殊藥品占有一定比重,使用量較大,同時手術(shù)用藥具有一定特殊性,導(dǎo)致特殊藥品的管理難度明顯增大。以往的管理方式和監(jiān)督缺乏有效性,導(dǎo)致手術(shù)使用特殊藥品時,出現(xiàn)用藥不合理、藥品周轉(zhuǎn)混亂等問題,必須對傳統(tǒng)管理方式進行創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:Special drugs in anesthesiology refer to narcotic drugs in the national catalogue of narcotic drugs, list of psychotropic drugs, class 1 psychotropic drugs. According to national laws, special drugs must be strictly managed according to law. In the operation medicine, the special medicine occupies the certain proportion, the usage is big, at the same time the surgery medicine has the certain particularity, causes the special medicine management difficulty obviously. The lack of effectiveness of management and supervision in the past led to the problems of irrational use of drugs and confusion of drug turnover when special drugs were used in surgery. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate the traditional management methods.
