【摘要】：目的探討地佐辛聯(lián)合瑞芬太尼在小兒快通道心臟麻醉術(shù)后鎮(zhèn)痛的臨床效果。方法選取2014年1月—2015年1月中國人民解放軍第九十一中心醫(yī)院麻醉科收治的66例先天性心臟病患兒,根據(jù)應(yīng)用鎮(zhèn)痛藥物的不同將其分為對照組和觀察組,各33例。對照組靜脈滴注瑞芬太尼,觀察組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合應(yīng)用地佐辛。比較兩組患兒的鎮(zhèn)痛效果。結(jié)果觀察組患兒術(shù)后拔管時(shí)間、蘇醒時(shí)間分別為(13.2±1.7)min、(9.6±2.1)min,視覺模擬評分法(VAS)、鎮(zhèn)靜評分(CHW)分別為(3.6±0.9)分、(4.2±0.3)分,各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論地佐辛聯(lián)合瑞芬太尼在小兒快通道心臟麻醉術(shù)后的鎮(zhèn)痛效果良好,具有較高的應(yīng)用價(jià)值,值得在臨床手術(shù)中推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the analgesic effect of dizosin combined with remifentanil in children with fast-channel cardiac anaesthesia. Methods from January 2014 to January 2015, 66 children with congenital heart disease were selected and divided into control group (n = 33) and observation group (n = 33) according to the application of analgesic drugs. The control group was given remifentanil intravenously, and the observation group was treated with dizosin on the basis of the control group. The analgesic effect was compared between the two groups. Results the postoperative extubation time and recovery time were (13.2 鹵1.7) min, (9.6 鹵2.1) minutes in the observation group and (3.6 鹵0.9) and (4.2 鹵0.3) minutes in the visual analogue score (VAS), sedation score, respectively. All the indexes were better than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the analgesic effect of dizosin combined with remifentanil in children after fast channel cardiac anaesthesia is good, and it is worth popularizing in clinical operation.
