【摘要】：正隨著我國計(jì)劃生育政策的調(diào)整,剖宮產(chǎn)手術(shù)麻醉越來越多,麻醉方式也多樣化。根據(jù)產(chǎn)婦特有的生理變化蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔容積減小,相比較傳統(tǒng)的硬膜外麻醉,蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔阻滯所應(yīng)用的藥物劑量小,起效迅速,阻滯完全[1]。更能縮短胎兒在母體的停留時(shí)間,更好的縮短手術(shù)時(shí)間,對孕產(chǎn)婦及術(shù)者都能帶來很大的益處。如今臨床麻醉工作不僅僅要求其麻醉效果,更要關(guān)注孕產(chǎn)婦的血流動力學(xué)的變化。本文旨在研究麻醉效果相同的前提下尋求一個(gè)對孕產(chǎn)婦血壓、心率影響較小,不良事件發(fā)生率低的穿刺間隙,現(xiàn)報(bào)告如下。
[Abstract]:With the adjustment of family planning policy in China, more and more cesarean section anaesthesia, anesthesia methods are also diversified. The volume of subarachnoid space decreased according to the specific physiological changes of parturient. Compared with the traditional epidural anesthesia, the dosage of drugs used in subarachnoid block was smaller, the effect was rapid, and the block was complete [1]. It can shorten the stay time of the fetus in the maternal body, shorten the operation time better, and bring great benefits to the pregnant women and the operators. Nowadays, clinical anaesthesia not only requires its anaesthesia effect, but also pays attention to the hemodynamic changes of pregnant and parturient women. The purpose of this study was to find a puncture space with the same anesthetic effect on maternal blood pressure, heart rate and adverse events.
