【摘要】：目的觀察患者麻醉誘導(dǎo)意識消失時丙泊酚用量及Narcotrend指數(shù)(NI)變化,探討意識消失時年齡與丙泊酚用量和NI的相關(guān)性。方法 3~70歲擇期手術(shù)患者140例,按年齡分為7組,3~10歲組(G1組)、11~20歲組(G2組)、21~30歲組(G3組)、31~40歲組(G4組)、41~50歲組(G5組)、51~60歲組(G6組)及61~70歲組(G7組),每組納入BMI在正常范圍內(nèi)的男女患者各10例。靜脈持續(xù)輸注丙泊酚20mg·kg-1·h-1至患者意識消失時停藥,記錄患者丙泊酚用量、意識消失時間及用藥前后MAP、HR、NI的變化。結(jié)果患者意識消失時G1組丙泊酚用量明顯高于G2~G7組(P0.01),G2~G4組明顯高于G6、G7組(P0.05)�；颊咭庾R消失時丙泊酚用量與年齡呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.566,P0.001)。意識消失時間隨年齡的增長而縮短。與輸注丙泊酚前比較,七組患者意識消失時MAP和NI均明顯降低(P0.05)。G1組NI明顯高于G2~G6組(P0.05)。年齡與NI無明顯相關(guān)性(r=-0.082,P=0.289)。結(jié)論麻醉誘導(dǎo)意識消失時不同年齡患者丙泊酚用量和NI不同,年幼患者丙泊酚用量和NI高于其他年齡患者。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of propofol dosage and Narcotrend index (NI) in patients with anaesthesia induced consciousness loss, and to explore the correlation between age and propofol dosage and NI. Methods 140 patients aged 370 years with elective surgery were studied. According to the age, the patients were divided into 7 groups: group G _ 1, group G _ 2, group G _ 3, group C _ 3, group C _ 4, group G _ 4, group C _ 5, group G _ 5, age 60 (group G _ 6) and group G _ 7 (group G _ 7). Each group included 10 male and female patients with BMI within normal range. The dosage of propofol, the time of consciousness disappearance and the changes of HRNI were recorded before and after intravenous infusion of propofol 20mg kg-1 h-1. Results the dosage of propofol in G1 group was significantly higher than that in G2~G7 group (P0.01) and G2G4 group was significantly higher than that in G6 G7 group (P0.05). The dosage of propofol was negatively correlated with age when consciousness disappeared (r = -0.566, P 0.001). The time of loss of consciousness decreases with age. Compared with those before propofol infusion, MAP and NI decreased significantly in the seven groups when consciousness disappeared (P0.05). NI in G1 group was significantly higher than that in G2~G6 group (P0.05). There was no significant correlation between age and NI (r = 0.082, P = 0.289). Conclusion the dosage of propofol and NI are different in patients with different ages when the consciousness of anesthesia induction disappears. The dosage and NI of propofol in young patients are higher than those in other ages.
