【摘要】：目的觀察腰椎手術(shù)靜-吸復(fù)合麻醉腦電雙頻指數(shù)(BIS)維持50時(shí)丙泊酚半數(shù)有效血漿靶濃度(Cp50)。方法擇期行腰椎間盤髓核摘除術(shù)患者,年齡40~56歲,術(shù)中麻醉維持采用吸入0.5 MAC七氟醚、靜脈泵注瑞芬太尼0.2μg·kg~(-1)·min~(-1)和維庫溴銨0.08mg·kg~(-1)·h~(-1),同時(shí)TCI丙泊酚。采用序貫法確定丙泊酚靶濃度,初始血漿靶濃度為1.8μg/ml,相鄰濃度比為1∶1.1;若患者術(shù)中平均BIS值50,則下一例患者靶濃度為1.98μg/ml;若BIS≤50,則下一例患者靶濃度為1.64μg/ml,以此類推。計(jì)算丙泊酚Cp50及其95%可信區(qū)間(CI)。結(jié)果共有26例患者完成序貫試驗(yàn)。丙泊酚Cp50為1.61μg/ml(95%CI 1.52~1.70)μg/ml。結(jié)論腰椎手術(shù)中0.5 MAC七氟醚復(fù)合瑞芬太尼及TCI丙泊酚麻醉,術(shù)中維持BIS值為50時(shí)所需丙泊酚的Cp50為1.61μg/ml。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the mean effective plasma target concentration (Cp50) of propofol at the maintenance of bispectral index (BIS) for intravenous and inhaling anesthesia of lumbar spine. Methods selective lumbar discectomy was performed for 40 to 56 years old. Anesthesia was maintained by inhalation of 0.5 MAC sevoflurane, intravenous infusion of remifentanil 0.2 渭 g kg-1, vecuronium 0.08mg kg-1 h-1, and TCI propofol.
