【摘要】：目的觀察限制性液體復(fù)蘇對失血性休克大鼠早期肺損傷的治療作用。方法 SD大鼠60只,隨機(jī)分為假手術(shù)對照組(C組)、限制性液體復(fù)蘇組(LR組)、常規(guī)液體復(fù)蘇組(TR組)、休克未復(fù)蘇組(NR組),各15只。C組大鼠僅麻醉后行左側(cè)頸動脈置管,右側(cè)股靜脈置管;后三組建立失血性休克模型后,LR、TR組分別給予限制性液體、常規(guī)液體復(fù)蘇,NR組不做液體復(fù)蘇。復(fù)蘇結(jié)束后120 min處死大鼠取肺組織,光鏡下觀察肺組織病理改變,ELISA法檢測肺組織中的核因子κB(NF-κB),免疫組化法檢測肺組織中細(xì)胞黏附分子1(ICAM-1),末端脫氧核苷酸轉(zhuǎn)移酶介導(dǎo)的原位末端標(biāo)記法(TUNEL)檢測肺組織細(xì)胞凋亡。結(jié)果 C組、LR組、TR組、NR組肺組織病理評分分別為(0.67±0.62)、(2.20±0.68)、(2.93±0.88)、(7.67±0.50)分,NF-κB水平分別為(0.76±0.09)、(1.16±0.10)、(1.26±0.13)、(3.07±0.19)U/m L,ICAM-1表達(dá)量分別為3.68±1.83、29.09±6.51、34.20±5.45、72.14±10.99,細(xì)胞凋亡指數(shù)分別為3.73±1.03、21.06±2.12、24.00±2.39、49.77±6.72。LR、TR組與C組比較,LR組與TR、NR組比較,P均0.05。結(jié)論限制性液體復(fù)蘇對失血性休克大鼠早期肺損傷有治療作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the therapeutic effect of restrictive fluid resuscitation on early lung injury in hemorrhagic shock rats. Methods Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham operation control group (group C), restricted fluid resuscitation group (LR group), conventional fluid resuscitation group (tr group), shock and non-resuscitation group (NR group). In the latter three groups, the hemorrhagic shock model was established, and the LRR group was given restricted fluid, while the normal fluid resuscitation group did not do liquid resuscitation. The rats were killed at 120 min after resuscitation. Lung pathological changes were observed under light microscope.
