【摘要】：目的:探究中醫(yī)鎮(zhèn)痛方分型治療硬膜外麻醉后腰背疼痛的臨床療效。方法:將150例患者隨機(jī)分為中藥組、對(duì)照組。中藥組根據(jù)患者疼痛程度分為輕、中、重型,輕中度給予1號(hào)中藥鎮(zhèn)痛方,重度給予2號(hào)鎮(zhèn)痛方,對(duì)照組均給予曲馬多,觀察臨床療效。結(jié)果:中藥組不良反應(yīng)率、臨床有效率、VAS評(píng)分降低情況均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:對(duì)硬膜外麻醉后腰背疼痛進(jìn)行疼痛分級(jí),并分別應(yīng)用相應(yīng)的中藥鎮(zhèn)痛方,可以顯著提高臨床效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine analgesic prescription on lumbar and back pain after epidural anesthesia. Methods: 150 patients were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and control group. According to the degree of pain, the traditional Chinese medicine group was divided into three groups: mild, moderate, severe, mild and moderate Chinese medicine analgesia prescription No. 1, severe pain relief prescription No. 2, and control group were all given tramadol, to observe the clinical effect. Results: the adverse reaction rate, clinical effective rate and VAS score in the Chinese medicine group were better than those in the control group. Conclusion: the clinical effect can be improved significantly by classifying the pain after epidural anesthesia and applying the corresponding Chinese medicine analgesia prescription.
