【摘要】：目的分析陰道分娩實(shí)施陰部神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉配合無創(chuàng)接生的臨床效果。方法選取我院收治的104例陰道分娩產(chǎn)婦,將其隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組與觀察組各52例,對(duì)照組實(shí)施無創(chuàng)接生,觀察組實(shí)施陰部神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉配合無創(chuàng)接生,對(duì)比兩組產(chǎn)婦的分娩結(jié)局。結(jié)果觀察組陰道撕裂發(fā)生率為9.6%,對(duì)照組為32.7%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);對(duì)比兩組產(chǎn)婦在胎兒娩出時(shí)、陰道縫合時(shí)、產(chǎn)后2 h的疼痛程度評(píng)分,均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);對(duì)比兩組產(chǎn)婦的產(chǎn)后下床活動(dòng)時(shí)間與平均住院時(shí)間,均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論陰道分娩實(shí)施陰部神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉配合無創(chuàng)接生的臨床效果滿意,值得推廣與應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical effect of pudendal nerve block anesthesia combined with non-invasive delivery in vaginal delivery. Methods 104 cases of parturient in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n = 52) and the observation group (n = 52). The control group was given non-invasive delivery and the observation group was given pudendal nerve block anesthesia combined with non-invasive delivery. The delivery outcome of the two groups was compared. Results the incidence of vaginal tear in the observation group was 9.6 and that in the control group was 32.77.The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05); compared the two groups of postpartum activity time and average hospitalization time, there was statistical significance (P0.05). Conclusion the clinical effect of vaginal parturition with pudendal nerve block anesthesia combined with non-invasive delivery is satisfactory, and it is worth popularizing and applying.
