文章摘要：目的分析不同麻醉方法在老年患者行非心臟手術(shù)中的鎮(zhèn)痛效果和對患者術(shù)后早期認(rèn)知功能的影響.方法以收治的100例行非心臟手術(shù)的老年患者為研究對象,依據(jù)不同的麻醉方法將患者分為a組和b組,其中a組為全身麻醉患者,b組為腰硬聯(lián)合麻醉患者.比較兩組患者術(shù)后鎮(zhèn)痛情況、術(shù)前術(shù)后MMSE量表評分、術(shù)后7d認(rèn)知功能障礙的發(fā)生情況.結(jié)果 a組術(shù)后視覺模擬評分優(yōu)于b組,但b組術(shù)后MMSE量表評分以及認(rèn)知功能障礙發(fā)生情況優(yōu)于a組,比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P〈0.05）.結(jié)論麻醉方法影響術(shù)后鎮(zhèn)痛效果和認(rèn)知功能,不同的麻醉方式具有不同的鎮(zhèn)痛效果、認(rèn)知功能障礙影響,臨床應(yīng)進(jìn)一步深入研究,尋找最佳麻醉方式.

Abstr：Objective To analyze the analgesic effect and its influence on early postoperative cognitive function of different anesthetic methods in elderly patients with non- cardiac surgery. Methods We randomly selected 100 elderly patients with non- cardiac surgery as the research subjects. Patients were divided into group a and group b according to the different methods of anesthesia; general anesthesia was used in group a and waist hard joint anesthesia was used in group b. We compared the postoperative analgesic effect, postoperative and preoperative MMSE scale score and the incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction 7 days after operation. Results The postoperative visual analogue scale of patients in group a was better than that of group b,but the MMSE scale score and postoperative cognitive dysfunction in group b was better than that of group a. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Anesthesia methods may influence the postoperative analgesia effect and cognitive function. Different anesthesia methods have different effects on analgesic effect and cognitive dysfunction. Doctors and researchers should study and find further in- depth methods of administering anesthesia.
