【摘要】：目的觀察對比喉罩麻醉與氣管插管麻醉在手術(shù)中的應用效果。方法選取醫(yī)院收治的需進行手術(shù)治療的患兒68例,隨機分為觀察組和對照組,每組34例。對照組使用氣管插管麻醉,觀察組采用喉罩麻醉,比較2組患兒的臨床麻醉效果。結(jié)果在不同階段的動脈壓及心率變化觀察組與對照組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);觀察組呼氣末二氧化碳分壓(ETCO_2)、氣道峰壓(Ppeak)及患兒拔管時間、清醒時間均優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05);觀察組不良反應發(fā)生率為8.8%,低于對照組的29.4%(P0.05)。結(jié)論在對年齡較小患兒進行手術(shù)時,采用喉罩麻醉,可有效維持患兒血流動力學穩(wěn)定,縮短拔管時間和清醒時間,具有效果好、不良反應少、恢復快的特點,值得臨床推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective To observe and compare the effect of laryngeal mask anesthesia and tracheal intubation anesthesia in the operation. Methods 68 children who were treated in the hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 34 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetized by tracheal intubation, and the observation group was anesthetized by laryngeal mask. The results were compared in the 2 groups. The changes of arterial pressure and heart rate in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group (P0.05), and the observation group was better than the control group (ETCO_2), airway peak pressure (Ppeak) and children's time of extubation (P0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.8%, lower than that of the control group (29.4% (P0.05)). The use of laryngeal mask anesthesia can effectively maintain the stability of hemodynamics, shorten the time of extubation and waking time, and have the advantages of good effect, less adverse reaction and quick recovery. It is worthy of clinical application.
