【摘要】：目的研究右美托咪定對(duì)氣管插管全身麻醉擬行腹部手術(shù)患者術(shù)后咽喉疼痛的預(yù)防作用。方法選取我院2010年12月~2016年3月收治的氣管插管全身麻醉擬行腹部手術(shù)患者100例,將其隨機(jī)分為兩組(觀察組和對(duì)照組),兩組患者均采用同種藥物進(jìn)行麻醉,觀察組50例患者在手術(shù)結(jié)束前30 min采用右美托咪定靜脈泵入,對(duì)照組50例患者采用氯化鈉注射液靜脈泵入,對(duì)比兩組患者的咽喉疼痛發(fā)生率、拔除氣管插管時(shí)間、恢復(fù)自主呼吸時(shí)間。結(jié)果觀察組患者的咽喉疼痛發(fā)生率(10.00%)顯著低于對(duì)照組(40.00%)(P0.05),觀察組患者的拔除氣管插管時(shí)間[(12.06±1.54)min],恢復(fù)自主呼吸時(shí)間[(5.67±2.85)min]與對(duì)照組[(12.12±1.29),min,(5.69±2.81)min]差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論右美托咪定預(yù)防咽喉疼痛的效果顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the preventive effect of dexmedetomidine on postoperative sore throat pain after general anesthesia for tracheal intubation in patients with general anesthesia for tracheal intubation. Methods 100 cases of abdominal surgery were selected in our hospital in March ~2016 December 2010. The patients were randomly divided into two groups (observation group and control group), and the two groups were treated with the same drug. In the observation group, 50 patients in the observation group were treated with right metomomidin intravenous pump at 30 min before the end of the operation, and 50 patients in the control group were treated with Sodium Chloride Injection intravenous pump, compared with the incidence of throat pain in the two groups, the time of tracheal intubation was removed, and the time of spontaneous breathing was restored. The incidence of sore throat in the observation group was 10% (10%). Lower than the control group (40%) (P0.05), the time of endotracheal intubation in the observation group was [(12.06 + 1.54) min]], and the time for recovery of spontaneous breathing [(5.67 + 2.85) min]] was not statistically significant (P0.05) in the control group [(12.12 + 1.29), min, (5.69 + 2.81) min]). The effect of right metodetomidine on laryngology pain was significant.
