【摘要】：目的探討舒芬太尼復(fù)合異丙酚麻醉用于結(jié)腸鏡診治中的效果。方法 136例結(jié)腸鏡診治患者,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組,各68例。對(duì)照組給予異丙酚麻醉,實(shí)驗(yàn)組給予舒芬太尼復(fù)合異丙酚麻醉。對(duì)比兩組麻醉效果。結(jié)果兩組患者用藥前心率(HR)、平均動(dòng)脈壓(MAP)、血氧飽和度(Sp O_2)等生命體征指標(biāo)比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者用藥后2 min和手術(shù)后HR、MAP、Sp O_2等生命體征指標(biāo)明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者警覺-鎮(zhèn)靜評(píng)分(OAAS)、蘇醒時(shí)間和異丙酚用量等觀察指標(biāo)均明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論對(duì)結(jié)腸鏡診治患者實(shí)施舒芬太尼復(fù)合異丙酚麻醉,具有較高的安全性,有助于患者生命體征指標(biāo)的穩(wěn)定,因而臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值較高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia in colonoscopy. Methods 136 patients with colonoscopy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 68 cases each. The control group was anesthetized with propofol and the experimental group with sufentanil combined with propofol. The anesthetic effect was compared between the two groups. Results there was no significant difference in vital signs between the two groups, such as heart rate, mean arterial pressure MAPP, and blood oxygen saturation (SPO _ 2). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The vital signs of the patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P 0.05), 2 min after medication and 2 min after operation. The scores of alertness and sedation, recovery time and propofol dosage in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the application of sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia in colonoscopy is of high safety and contributes to the stability of the vital signs of the patients, so the clinical application value is higher.
