【摘要】：目的調(diào)查重慶地區(qū)67所醫(yī)院感染監(jiān)測(cè)基本數(shù)據(jù)與質(zhì)量控制指標(biāo)情況,為探尋醫(yī)院感染監(jiān)測(cè)規(guī)范提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。方法根據(jù)國(guó)家衛(wèi)計(jì)委《醫(yī)院感染監(jiān)測(cè)基本數(shù)據(jù)及質(zhì)量控制指標(biāo)調(diào)查》問(wèn)卷,選取重慶地區(qū)部分醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,對(duì)回收的調(diào)研報(bào)告數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果本次共收集有效調(diào)查問(wèn)卷67所,21所為三級(jí)醫(yī)院,46所為二級(jí)醫(yī)院。其中教學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)5所、綜合醫(yī)院47所、中醫(yī)院11所、廠礦醫(yī)院3所、私立醫(yī)院1所。床位與人員配備達(dá)標(biāo)56所,未達(dá)標(biāo)的有11所。67所醫(yī)院中有電子病歷管理系統(tǒng)占71.64%,其醫(yī)院感染信息系統(tǒng)占83.33%,有手術(shù)麻醉系統(tǒng)占31.34%,有抗菌藥物管理監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)占68.65%。醫(yī)院感染監(jiān)測(cè)以常規(guī)性監(jiān)測(cè)和目標(biāo)性監(jiān)測(cè)兩項(xiàng)為主。監(jiān)測(cè)對(duì)象正確率為74.62%,抗菌藥物用藥在手術(shù)室占44.78%;監(jiān)測(cè)統(tǒng)計(jì)以月為單位占73.13%,計(jì)算NNIS手術(shù)危險(xiǎn)因素時(shí)長(zhǎng)分級(jí)與手術(shù)時(shí)長(zhǎng)的P75值正確率不高,手術(shù)與診療操作混淆占97.01%,對(duì)微生物檢驗(yàn)知識(shí)與技術(shù)判定掌握率較低。結(jié)論醫(yī)院感染監(jiān)測(cè)基本數(shù)據(jù)與質(zhì)量控制指標(biāo)調(diào)查能了解醫(yī)院感染管理開(kāi)展的情況,針對(duì)調(diào)查項(xiàng)目發(fā)現(xiàn)薄弱環(huán)節(jié)并進(jìn)行相關(guān)的強(qiáng)化、干預(yù),有助于提高醫(yī)院感染的監(jiān)測(cè)水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the basic data and quality control index of infection monitoring in 67 hospitals in Chongqing, and to provide basic data for exploring the standard of nosocomial infection monitoring. Methods based on the survey of the basic data of hospital infection monitoring and quality control index survey by the National Health Planning Commission, a questionnaire survey was conducted in some medical institutions in Chongqing, and the recovery was carried out. A total of 67 effective questionnaires were collected, 21 were grade three hospitals and 46 were grade two hospitals, including 5 teaching medicine, 47 comprehensive hospitals, 11 Chinese medicine hospitals, 3 factories and mines hospitals, 1 private hospitals. The beds and staffs were equipped with the standard 56, and there were 67 hospital records in the 11 hospital in which there was an electronic medical record. The management system accounted for 71.64%, the hospital infection information system accounted for 83.33%, the operation anesthesia system accounted for 31.34%, the antibiotics management monitoring system accounted for the 68.65%. hospital infection monitoring with the conventional monitoring and the target monitoring two items. The accuracy rate of the monitoring objects was 74.62%, the antimicrobial drug used in the operation room was 44.78%, and the monitoring statistics was a month as a unit. 73.13%, the calculation of the risk factors of NNIS operation was not high, the correct rate of P75 value was not high, the confusion of operation and diagnosis and treatment operation was 97.01%, and the knowledge of microbiological inspection and technical determination was low. Conclusion the basic data of hospital infection monitoring and quality control index investigation can understand the situation of hospital infection management. It is helpful to improve the monitoring level of nosocomial infection to find out the weak links and strengthen the relevant interventions.
