【摘要】：目的探討呼氣末二氧化碳分壓(carbon dioxide tension and arterial pressure,PetCO_2)監(jiān)測(cè)在手術(shù)后患者麻醉復(fù)蘇中的應(yīng)用效果。方法選取2013年7月—2015年8月在該院接受手術(shù)治療并在術(shù)后進(jìn)入麻醉復(fù)蘇室的患者200例,分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,每組100例,觀察組進(jìn)行麻醉復(fù)蘇期的PetCO_2監(jiān)測(cè),即觀察患者PetCO_2波形曲線和數(shù)值,并進(jìn)行常規(guī)的監(jiān)測(cè)心電圖、血壓、血氧飽和度和體溫;對(duì)照組只進(jìn)行常規(guī)監(jiān)測(cè)。結(jié)果觀察組發(fā)現(xiàn)患者出現(xiàn)呼吸暫停、呼吸抑制和導(dǎo)管位移的時(shí)間遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)要短于對(duì)照組,入PACU0.5~1h后拔管例數(shù)多于對(duì)照組,以上差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 PETCO_2監(jiān)測(cè)在手術(shù)后患者麻醉復(fù)蘇中的作用很明顯,值得大力推廣和臨床應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of end-expiratory carbon dioxide tension and arterial pressure (dioxide tension and arterial pressure) pressure PetCO2 monitoring in postoperative anesthesia and resuscitation. Methods from July 2013 to August 2015, 200 patients received surgical treatment in the hospital and entered the anaesthesia resuscitation room after operation. They were divided into observation group and control group with 100 cases in each group. The observation group was monitored by Petco _ 2 during anaesthesia resuscitation period. The waveform curve and value of PetCO2 were observed, and ECG, blood pressure, oxygen saturation and body temperature were monitored by routine method, while those in control group were only monitored routinely. Results in the observation group, the time of apnea, apnea inhibition and catheter displacement were much shorter than those in the control group, and the number of extubation cases was more than that in the control group after 1 hour of PACU0.5g. The above differences were statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion PETCO _ 2 monitoring plays an important role in postoperative anaesthesia resuscitation, which is worth popularizing and clinical application.
