【摘要】：目的觀察聯(lián)合麻醉在小切口膽囊切除術(shù)中的應(yīng)用。方法 104例行小切口膽囊切除術(shù)患者,隨機分為觀察組與對照組,各52例。觀察組患者術(shù)中維持麻醉采用微量泵注丙泊酚聯(lián)合瑞芬太尼。對照組給予異氟醚。對比兩組臨床療效。結(jié)果觀察組患者清醒時間為(12.5±4.2)min、拔管時間為(7.9±2.5)min明顯低于對照組(23.9±7.8)、(18.7±9.4)min;比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。術(shù)中,觀察組Ⅱ、Ⅲ級患者鎮(zhèn)靜評分明顯高于對照組(P0.05),Ⅳ級患者明顯低于對照組(P0.05),而手術(shù)結(jié)束時,觀察組Ⅰ~Ⅱ級患者數(shù)量明顯高于對照組(P0.05),Ⅲ級患者數(shù)量明顯低于對照組(P0.05)。兩組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論聯(lián)合麻醉用于小切口膽囊切除術(shù),鎮(zhèn)痛效果、麻醉效果好,安全性好,可臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the application of combined anesthesia in small incision cholecystectomy. Methods 104 patients with small incision cholecystectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 52 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group underwent intraoperative maintenance anesthesia with micropump infusion of propofol and remifentanil. The control group was given isoflurane. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results the waking time and extubation time in the observation group were 12.5 鹵4.2 minutes and 7.9 鹵2.5)min respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (23.9 鹵7.8 minutes, 18.7 鹵9.4 min, P 0.05).
