【摘要】：目的分析研究丙泊酚復(fù)合七氟醚與全憑七氟醚對(duì)小兒麻醉蘇醒期躁動(dòng)的效果。方法 2014年6月—2015年6月在該院進(jìn)行手術(shù)的患兒一共有94例,隨機(jī)分為研究組、對(duì)照組,對(duì)照組實(shí)施七氟醚麻醉,研究組實(shí)施丙泊酚復(fù)合七氟醚麻醉,對(duì)比臨床效果。結(jié)果兩組患兒在麻醉之前、期間以及以后相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);對(duì)照組患兒躁動(dòng)人數(shù)15例,研究組4例,對(duì)照組躁動(dòng)時(shí)間15 min人數(shù)14例,研究組2例,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);對(duì)照組患兒的平均躁動(dòng)評(píng)分(2.62±0.41)分高于研究組(1.57±0.23)分,對(duì)照組清醒時(shí)間(15.8±3.7)min低于研究組(22.2±5.1)min,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論采取丙泊酚復(fù)合七氟醚的治療,可以使患兒躁動(dòng)明顯減少,具有臨床推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of propofol combined with sevoflurane and total sevoflurane on restlessness during anaesthesia in children. Methods from June 2014 to June 2015, 94 children were randomly divided into study group, control group, and study group, which were treated with propofol combined with sevoflurane. Results there was no significant difference in data between the two groups before, during and after anesthesia, there were 15 restless children in the control group, 4 in the study group, 14 in the control group and 2 in the study group. The average restlessness score of children in control group was 2.62 鹵0.41) higher than that in study group (1.57 鹵0.23), and the waking time of control group was 15.8 鹵3.7)min lower than that of study group (22.2 鹵5.1 min), the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the treatment of propofol combined with sevoflurane can significantly reduce restlessness in children.
