【摘要】：目的:探討聲帶息肉摘除術(shù)麻醉思路的構(gòu)建。方法:收治聲帶息肉摘除手術(shù)患者86例,手術(shù)在支撐喉鏡下實(shí)施,行七氟醚聯(lián)合瑞芬太尼全麻。結(jié)果:患者息肉摘除均一次性完成,氣管導(dǎo)管均順利拔出,無惡心、嘔吐等不良反應(yīng),平均隨訪6個(gè)月,患者聲帶黏膜無水腫和充血,雙側(cè)聲帶運(yùn)動(dòng)度良好。結(jié)論:在聲帶息肉摘除術(shù)中應(yīng)用七氟醚與瑞芬太尼聯(lián)合全麻,可快速完成麻醉誘導(dǎo),術(shù)后蘇醒迅速,具有較高安全性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the construction of anaesthesia idea for vocal cord polyp extirpation. Methods: 86 patients with vocal cord polyposis were treated under laryngoscope and sevoflurane combined with remifentanil general anesthesia. Results: the polyps were removed at one time, the trachea catheter was pulled out smoothly, and there were no adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting. The patients were followed up for an average of 6 months. There was no edema and hyperemia in the vocal tract mucosa of the patients, and the movement degree of the bilateral vocal cords was good. Conclusion: sevoflurane combined with remifentanil combined with general anesthesia in vocal cord polyp extraction can quickly complete anesthesia induction and wake up quickly after operation. It is safe and effective.
