【摘要】：目的:研究老年無(wú)痛胃鏡術(shù)中地佐辛復(fù)合丙泊酚麻醉的使用效果。方法:隨機(jī)選取2014年2月至2016年2月我院收治的60例行無(wú)痛胃鏡術(shù)的老年患者,根據(jù)患者入院先后順序把60例患者分成對(duì)照組與試驗(yàn)組,每組各30例。對(duì)照組靜脈注射芬太尼,試驗(yàn)組靜脈注射地佐辛,兩組患者均注射丙泊酚,對(duì)丙泊酚用量、患者蘇醒時(shí)間及術(shù)后VAS評(píng)分、不良反應(yīng)等情況對(duì)兩組進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果:試驗(yàn)組丙泊酚用量,蘇醒時(shí)間均比對(duì)照組低,兩組對(duì)比具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組意識(shí)消失時(shí)間、VAS評(píng)分、不良反應(yīng)等情況比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:老年無(wú)痛胃鏡術(shù)中應(yīng)用地佐辛復(fù)合丙泊酚麻醉效果確切,可以減少丙泊酚的用量,還能縮短患者蘇醒時(shí)間,未見明顯的不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the effect of the combined propofol anesthesia in senile painless gastroscopy. Methods: 60 elderly patients with painless gastroscopy were randomly selected from February 2014 to February 2016 in our hospital. According to the order of admission, 60 patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was injected with fentanyl, In the experimental group, the two groups were injected with propofol. The dosage of propofol, the time of recovery, the VAS score and the adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results: the dosage of propofol in the experimental group was lower than the control group, and the two groups had statistical significance (P0.05); the time of disappearance of consciousness and the VAS score in the two groups. There was no significant difference in adverse reactions (P0.05). Conclusion: the effect of combined propofol and propofol in senile painless gastroscopy can reduce the dosage of propofol, shorten the recovery time of the patients and have no obvious adverse reaction.
