【摘要】：隨著信息化時(shí)代和醫(yī)療技術(shù)的發(fā)展，醫(yī)院手術(shù)室中，大量的國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的醫(yī)療儀器源源不斷的進(jìn)入各家醫(yī)院手術(shù)室中，保障了手術(shù)安全順利的進(jìn)行；同時(shí)對(duì)臨床手術(shù)過程追蹤的數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用，能夠評(píng)估不同手術(shù)方式對(duì)改善患者癥狀和生活質(zhì)量的影響,從而得出更可靠、更科學(xué)的專業(yè)結(jié)論；但隨之而來，，手術(shù)過程中各種手術(shù)案例產(chǎn)生的可供研究及分析的大量數(shù)據(jù)正在急劇增長(zhǎng)，同時(shí)隨著醫(yī)院的發(fā)展,手術(shù)量的提高也導(dǎo)致大量的數(shù)據(jù)隨之增加，以前的管理模式已無法滿足醫(yī)院需求（手記筆描的方式記錄整個(gè)手術(shù)過程患者生命體征信息）；通過臨床手術(shù)過程數(shù)據(jù)的追蹤及挖掘，為手術(shù)麻醉科的麻醉管理及持續(xù)改進(jìn),以及對(duì)患者診治工作的準(zhǔn)確性和及時(shí)性提供了保障；手術(shù)的成功率高，不僅對(duì)醫(yī)院的整體服務(wù)質(zhì)量、信譽(yù)形象和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益有著極大的影響，而且直接關(guān)系到國(guó)民身心健康與國(guó)家的民生工程大事。所以現(xiàn)在國(guó)家和醫(yī)院都越來越重視手術(shù)室的手術(shù)過程的管理工作。 本課題選題緊貼醫(yī)院的工作實(shí)際，以解決實(shí)際問題為目的，以技術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)際需求為牽引，以技術(shù)保障流程為主線，統(tǒng)一規(guī)范手術(shù)麻醉科各部門的工作，有效地提升其技術(shù)能力和管理能力；為管理機(jī)構(gòu)提供快捷、準(zhǔn)確、全面的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)和信息匯總功能，極大地提升了手術(shù)麻醉科工作的正規(guī)化和科學(xué)化管理水平，實(shí)現(xiàn)衛(wèi)生部門要求的對(duì)手術(shù)麻醉科的科學(xué)管理及持續(xù)改進(jìn)。 本論文主要論述了圍繞手術(shù)過程的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘及系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和制作，包括：手術(shù)麻醉科管理系統(tǒng)前期的需求調(diào)研、可行性分析、流程分析、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)表設(shè)計(jì)、程序編寫、系統(tǒng)測(cè)試以及安裝運(yùn)行等。系統(tǒng)在Visual Studio2005的基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)，數(shù)據(jù)庫采用SQL Server關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫，操作簡(jiǎn)便。此系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行不僅能夠提高醫(yī)院工作人員的工作效率，極大了節(jié)省時(shí)間，而且更加方便對(duì)醫(yī)院的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析，為下一步?jīng)Q策提供可靠數(shù)據(jù)，打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the development of the information age and medical technology, a large number of advanced medical instruments at home and abroad have entered the operation room in the hospital operation room to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the operation. At the same time, the application of the data of the tracking of the clinical operation process can evaluate the symptoms and life of the patients to improve the patients' symptoms and lives. The effect of quality leads to more reliable, more scientific and professional conclusions. However, a large number of data are growing rapidly in the process of operation, and with the development of the hospital, the increase of the amount of surgery has also resulted in a large number of data, and the previous management model has not been satisfied. The needs of the hospital (recording the information of the patient's vital signs in the whole procedure); tracing and excavating the data of the clinical procedure, providing a barrier for the management and continuous improvement of the anesthesiology department, as well as the accuracy and timeliness of the patient's diagnosis and treatment; the success rate of the operation is high, not only to the overall hospital. The quality of service, the reputation image and the economic benefit have great influence, and it is directly related to the national physical and mental health and the National People's livelihood project. So now the country and the hospital have paid more and more attention to the management of the operation room.
This topic is closely related to the actual work of the hospital, in order to solve practical problems, take the actual needs of the technical institutions as the traction, and take the technical support process as the main line, standardize the work of all departments of the surgical department of anesthesia, effectively improve its technical ability and management ability, and provide a quick, accurate and comprehensive data statistics and letter for the management organization. The interest summary function greatly improves the standardization and scientific management of the operation of the Department of anesthesia, and realizes the scientific management and continuous improvement of the Department of Anesthesiology required by the health department.
This paper mainly discusses the data mining and system design and production around the operation process, including the requirements research, feasibility analysis, process analysis, structure design, data sheet design, program writing, system testing and installation and transportation, etc. the system is developed on the basis of Visual Studio2005. The library uses the SQL Server relational database, which is easy to operate. The operation of the system can not only improve the work efficiency of the hospital staff, save time greatly, but also make it more convenient to compare and analyze the data of the hospital, and provide reliable data for the next decision and lay a solid foundation.
