【摘要】：目的探討連續(xù)6 d給予丙泊酚或丙泊酚配伍維生素C對(duì)小鼠的麻醉效果。方法取40只昆明鼠隨機(jī)分為丙泊酚80 mg/kg組(P80組)、丙泊酚70 mg/kg+維生素C50 mg/kg組(P70+Vc50組)、丙泊酚55 mg/kg+維生素C100 mg/kg組(P55+Vc100組)、丙泊酚50 mg/kg+維生素C200 mg/kg組(P50+Vc200組),共4組,各組小鼠10只,以腹腔注射給藥的方式,在同一時(shí)間點(diǎn)連續(xù)6 d給藥,觀察并記錄小鼠麻醉誘導(dǎo)時(shí)間以及維持時(shí)間,并進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果與同天的丙泊酚組(P80)相比,給藥的第1、2、3天的P55+Vc100組、P50+Vc200組麻醉維持時(shí)間縮短(P0.05)。與同一組第1天麻醉維持時(shí)間相比,各組小鼠其余5 d麻醉維持時(shí)間均縮短(P0.01);與同一組第2天麻醉維持時(shí)間相比,第3天P50+Vc200組麻醉維持時(shí)間縮短(P0.01),各組小鼠第4、5、6天麻醉維持時(shí)間均縮短(P0.01)。各組小鼠翻正反射消失的發(fā)生率由第1~6天逐漸下降,且各組趨勢(shì)接近一致。結(jié)論維生素C與丙泊酚配伍,可在保證麻醉效果的前提下一定程度減少丙泊酚使用劑量,同時(shí)可減少丙泊酚耐受的發(fā)生,對(duì)于減少丙泊酚麻醉劑量相關(guān)的副作用或不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the anesthetic effect of propofol or propofol combined with vitamin C on mice for 6 days. Methods Forty Kunming rats were randomly divided into four groups: propofol 80 mg/kg group, propofol 70 mg/kg vitamin C 50 mg/kg group, propofol 55 mg/kg vitamin C 100 mg/kg group, P55 Vc100 group, propofol 50 mg/kg vitamin C 200 mg/kg group, P50 Vc200 group. The induction time and maintenance time of anesthesia in mice were observed and recorded by intraperitoneal injection for 6 days at the same time point. Results compared with the propofol group (P80) on the same day, the maintenance time of anesthesia in the P55 Vc100 group and P50 Vc200 group was shorter than that in the P55 Vc100 group on the 3rd day. Compared with the maintenance time of anesthesia on the first day of the same group, the rest of the mice in each group shortened the maintenance time of anesthesia on the other 5 days, compared with the maintenance time of anesthesia on the second day of the same group. On the 3rd day, the maintenance time of anesthesia in P50 Vc200 group was shortened (P 0.01), and the maintenance time of anesthesia in each group was shortened on day 4, 5 and 6 (P 0.01). The incidence of the disappearance of righting reflex in each group decreased gradually from day 1 to day 6, and the trend of each group was close to the same. Conclusion the combination of vitamin C and propofol can reduce the dosage of propofol and reduce the incidence of propofol tolerance on the premise of ensuring the anesthetic effect, and can reduce the side effects or adverse reactions related to the dose of propofol anesthesia.
