【摘要】：正唇腭裂是口腔頜面部最常見的先天性畸形,發(fā)病率約為1.82%,手術(shù)是唇腭裂治療的重要手段。然而,由于兒童患者病理生理特征較為特殊,因而其全身麻醉后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率較高,容易出現(xiàn)舌后墜、缺氧、躁動(dòng)不安、心率加快等并發(fā)癥,兒童患者并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率高達(dá)20%以上,而成年人并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率僅為5%左右。呼喚式護(hù)理是一種有
[Abstract]:Cleft lip and palate is the most common congenital malformation in the oral and maxillofacial region. The incidence is about 1.82%. Surgery is an important means for the treatment of cleft lip and palate. However, because of the special pathological and physiological characteristics of the children, the incidence of complications after general anesthesia is high, and the complications such as tongue falling, anoxia, restlessness, and heart rate quickening are easy to occur. The incidence of complications was as high as 20%, while the incidence of complications in adults was only about 5%.
