【摘要】：目的探討雙管喉罩和氣管插入導(dǎo)管麻醉用于小兒外科手術(shù)麻醉中的臨床效果。方法 80例小兒外科的患兒,隨機分為觀察組和對照組,各40例。觀察組采用雙管喉罩麻醉,對照組采用氣管插入導(dǎo)管麻醉,比較兩組麻醉效果。結(jié)果治療后,觀察組拔管時間為(16.71±8.34)min、清醒時間為(48.32±26.54)min;對照組分別為(33.21±10.35)、(117.44±32.18)min,比較差異均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。對照組T3、T4時血壓和心率與T1時比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組T4時血壓與T1時比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組T3、T4時血壓和心率與對照組同時刻比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組患兒整個過程中血氧飽和度比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論采用雙管喉罩用于小兒外科手術(shù)麻醉中可明顯降低患兒手術(shù)過程中血壓及心率波動,縮短術(shù)后清醒時間,值得在小兒外科中推廣實施。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of double laryngeal mask and trachea insertion anesthesia in pediatric surgery. Methods 80 children with pediatric surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The observation group was anesthetized with double larynx mask and the control group was anesthetized by trachea insertion catheter. Results after treatment, the extubation time was 16.71 鹵8.34 minutes in the observation group and the waking time was 48.32 鹵26.54 minutes in the control group, while that in the control group was 33.21 鹵10.35 and 117.44 鹵32.18 minutes, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). The blood pressure and heart rate of the control group were significantly different from those of the control group at T _ 1 and T _ 1, the blood pressure at T _ 4 and T _ 1 in the observation group were significantly different from those at T _ 1, and the blood pressure and heart rate at T _ 3 T _ 4 in the observation group were compared with those in the control group at the same time. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in blood oxygen saturation between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion the application of double-tube laryngeal mask in pediatric surgery anesthesia can obviously reduce the fluctuation of blood pressure and heart rate and shorten the postoperative waking time. It is worth popularizing and implementing in pediatric surgery.
