【摘要】：正麻醉前訪視是手術(shù)前必須做的一項(xiàng)工作,是保證麻醉安全非常重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)[1]。通過(guò)麻醉前訪視,對(duì)病情作出準(zhǔn)確的評(píng)估,對(duì)擬施行的麻醉方法是否適合患者,患者的基礎(chǔ)疾病治療效果如何,有沒(méi)有隱匿性的疾病。全面了解患者的基本情況后,對(duì)麻醉做好相應(yīng)的準(zhǔn)備工作,制定出科學(xué)合理的麻醉方案,可以讓患者順利完成手術(shù)治療計(jì)劃,預(yù)防麻醉意外的發(fā)生。麻醉后的回訪是對(duì)麻醉工作的檢驗(yàn)和總結(jié)。本研究對(duì)2014年手術(shù)麻醉548例的臨床資料和麻醉結(jié)果進(jìn)行回
[Abstract]:The visiting before anesthesia is a necessary task before operation, and it is a very important link to ensure the safety of anesthesia [1]. Through the visit before anesthesia to make an accurate assessment of the condition of the proposed anesthetic method is suitable for the patient, the patient's basic disease treatment effect, there is no occult disease. After knowing the basic situation of the patients, we can make the corresponding preparations for anesthesia and draw up a scientific and reasonable anesthetic plan, which can make the patients complete the surgical treatment plan smoothly and prevent the occurrence of anesthesia accidents. The return visit after anaesthesia is the examination and summary of the anesthetic work. The clinical data and anaesthesia results of 548 patients undergoing surgical anesthesia in 2014 were reviewed in this study.
