【摘要】：為確立一種準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量仿刺參體長(zhǎng)的方法,選用薄荷醇(menthol)為麻醉劑,在不同麻醉濃度條件下,觀察了對(duì)仿刺參(Apostichopus japonicus)幼參的麻醉反應(yīng),同時(shí)比較了在不同水溫(11、13、15、17、19、21℃)環(huán)境條件下對(duì)不同規(guī)格((L)42.37 g±1.99 g、(M)22.91 g±1.03 g、(S)12.09 g±1.51g)幼參的麻醉效果。結(jié)果顯示:當(dāng)薄荷醇濃度在4%以內(nèi)時(shí)對(duì)仿刺參具有良好的麻醉效果,麻醉起效迅速,復(fù)蘇率為100%;在麻醉體積分?jǐn)?shù)為0.25%、0.5%、1%時(shí),對(duì)大規(guī)格幼參麻醉時(shí)間及復(fù)蘇時(shí)間影響顯著,而對(duì)中小規(guī)格影響不顯著;水溫11~19℃時(shí),隨著溫度的升高,仿刺參幼參的麻醉時(shí)間從15.62 min±1.31 min縮短到12.17 min±0.21 min,但復(fù)蘇時(shí)間從13.61 min±4.85 min顯著增加到28.10 min±7.35 min,不同水溫下薄荷醇對(duì)仿刺參幼參的麻醉效果差異顯著(P0.05),當(dāng)水溫超過21℃時(shí)幼參麻醉狀態(tài)出現(xiàn)異常,不適宜進(jìn)行麻醉。研究表明:薄荷醇是一種對(duì)仿刺參安全有效的麻醉劑,在水溫11~21℃進(jìn)行測(cè)量體長(zhǎng)的實(shí)驗(yàn)中,對(duì)體質(zhì)量20 g以上的幼參適宜的麻醉體積分?jǐn)?shù)為0.5%~1%,對(duì)體質(zhì)量20 g以下的幼參適宜的麻醉體積分?jǐn)?shù)為0.25%~0.5%。
