【摘要】：為了探索北山羊直腸電刺激采精技術(shù),進(jìn)一步開展北山羊種質(zhì)資源的保護(hù)與利用,試驗(yàn)采用直腸碳棒法對(duì)4歲健康成年北山羊公羊進(jìn)行電刺激采精,并對(duì)不同月份、麻醉劑量、睪丸保健清洗水溫、輸出電壓條件下獲得的精液進(jìn)行品質(zhì)檢測。結(jié)果表明:在12月下旬,麻醉劑量為0.006~0.008 mL/kg,睪丸保健清洗水溫37~40℃,輸出電壓在9~18 V時(shí)采集的北山羊精液顏色為乳白色,精液量較多,精子活力強(qiáng),畸形率小,精子密度大,精子狀態(tài)為云霧狀。說明于12月下旬在輕度麻醉和中度電刺激環(huán)境條件下采用直腸碳棒電刺激法采集的精液品質(zhì)符合北山羊人工輔助繁殖要求。
