【摘要】：目的探討真空輔助微創(chuàng)旋切系統(tǒng)切除副乳的可行性及效果。方法我院2014年3月~2016年3月采用超聲引導(dǎo)下真空輔助微創(chuàng)旋切術(shù)治療52例62個(gè)副乳,局部麻醉,全程超聲引導(dǎo),使用真空輔助微創(chuàng)旋切系統(tǒng)完整切除副乳。結(jié)果 1例皮下瘀斑,所有患者切口均無(wú)感染及血腫,均無(wú)皮瓣壞死等嚴(yán)重術(shù)后并發(fā)癥,所有切口均Ⅰ期愈合。52例隨訪(fǎng)2~26個(gè)月,平均13.4月,術(shù)后外觀良好,上肢活動(dòng)功能不受影響,療效滿(mǎn)意。結(jié)論真空輔助微創(chuàng)旋切系統(tǒng)切除副乳手術(shù)安全,美容效果好,值得在有條件的單位推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the feasibility and effect of vacuum assisted minimally invasive excision of accessory milk. Methods from March 2014 to March 2016, 52 patients with 62 accessory breasts were treated with vacuum assisted minimally invasive gynecotomy under the guidance of ultrasound. Results one patient with subcutaneous ecchymosis had no infection or hematoma in all incisions, no serious postoperative complications such as skin flap necrosis and so on.
