非干擾條件下圈養(yǎng)大熊貓正常生理生化指標的測定

【摘要】:2006~2015年間,通過馴化,在非麻醉狀況下成功采集了114只大熊貓(♀58只,♂56只)2 399份血樣進行了50項生理生化指標檢測,建立非干擾條件下大熊貓正常生理生化指標參考范圍。統(tǒng)計分析發(fā)現(xiàn)某些生理生化指標隨著年齡的增長表現(xiàn)出顯著性差異;酶類指標波動范圍較大,個別指標表現(xiàn)出與年齡相關(guān)的變化趨勢;成年組雌性和雄性大熊貓生理生化指標較幼年組、亞成年組和老年組表現(xiàn)出更多性別相關(guān)的差異,臨床上需按性別區(qū)別對待。受種群健康狀況改善、樣本數(shù)量和采樣方式改變的影響,現(xiàn)有的非干擾狀態(tài)下血液生理生化指標更適用于成都圈養(yǎng)大熊貓種群健康水平的評估,有助于科研工作者保護這一特殊物種。
[Abstract]:From 2006 to 2015, 114 giant pandas (58 were collected and 2 399 blood samples) were successfully collected under non-anesthetic condition by domestication. 50 physiological and biochemical indexes were detected, and the reference range of normal physiological and biochemical indexes of giant panda under non-interference conditions was established. The statistical analysis showed that some physiological and biochemical indexes showed significant difference with the increase of age. The physiological and biochemical indexes of female and male giant pandas in adult group were more different than that in young group, subadult group and senile group showed more sex related differences, and should be treated differently in clinic. Affected by the improvement of population health and the change of sample size and sampling method, the existing blood physiological and biochemical indexes are more suitable for the assessment of the health level of the captive giant panda population in Chengdu. Help scientists to protect this particular species.
